Orient Express - Robotic Conductor

This is the DigiDouble and the Robotic Head that I created for my Third Year Graduate film, 'The Orient Express'. Here I was tasked with creating a Robotic Crainium for our Conductor that was futuristic, but still had a strong mechanical feel to it. I took a lot of inspiration from the work in Ex_Machina. I started off with creating the DigiHead from a Photoscan I was given (this can be seen in one of my previous posts), and the continued to create the mechanical components. I worked closely with Stanley Cornwell (https://www.artstation.com/stanaz97) in order to match our two assets aesthetically, as he was working on the Robotic Legs.

This asset was textured using the Hypershade, where I shared a lot of textures with Stan in order to match the assets. Overall, I am happy with how this asset turned out and I will continue to work on my hard surface skills.
